Can someone let me know the output voltage/current for NO and NC on both conditions?

I was measuring them and came up with .856 mV and 3.45mV depending if it should be supplying power or not. It would spike to about 48 mV then fall back down to those values.

These are dry contacts they do not give power.
They behave like a normal switch.
NO = Normal Open
NC = Normal Closed
COM = common wire.
