Can u give me some help understanding how can i connect the VMA421 water pump to an Arduino without frying anything? I also have de CD016 DC plug. Can i simply connect the negative terminal to ground and the positive to an output pin in the arduino?

I don’t think I would connect it directly to the Arduino because at the very least it might damage the port. You should look at using a relay like the VMA406
