Velleman k8400 y-axis disconnects from the pully mid print

All the axis of the printer work fine but when i print the y-axis disconnects / has no grip on the pully.
I rescrew the screw of the pully but after 5 minuts of printing it loses its grip again.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have one screw or two in each pulley ?
If you disconnect the belts, is the print head easy to move in/out, left/right ?

the pully only has one screw and the printhead moves good.

Then I suggest you must install also the second screw and thighten them some more.

There is only 1 hole for 1 screw.

I understand there are two versions, one with one screw and one with two screws which is later.
I also understand Velleman exchanges the old one hole parts.
Search older posts and you will find more info.

I got the two screw version with my printer somemonths ago.
