Received my hps140i today, and I let it charge all day(roughly 7ish hrs) as suggested in the manual.I noticed that the red led light never dimmed or anything which I thought was weird.Well, long story short the screen doesn’t come on at all.I want to hope that the charger is a dud,but reading through some of these posts;the symptoms aren’t there, so now I’m worried it may be a DOA.What could be the issue here?
Difficult to say without being able to examine the unit.
Anyway, it is not user servicable, so we’d recommend to return it to your distributor for exchange.
