Hi,
I have to setup a mini lab instalallation which will do the following using a PC:

  • acquire some data from sensors. Store. The data is used for some automated calculus, obtaining some outputs values.
  • actuate some valves and pumps

Which Velleman products are most suitable for:

  1. INPUTS
    Three analogue inputs, -400 to +400 mV. To be stored by the PC.
    2.OUTPUTS. The proces is controled based on programmable time intervals and based on the inputs using:
    Up to six outputs (relays ?) for:
  • elvalves (12-24Vdc; 1A)
    -pumps (220V, max 100V).

I can use VB.

The problem is the -400 mV input signal.
The K8061 / VM140 accepts only positive analogue input voltage.
