Vek 4040 voltage problem

HI
I yust bought vek 4040 from my friend, but it doesnt work. You can only hear very loud buzz sound from the speakers(very loud buzz)! So i opened it up and i noticed that the power caps are not original(in your schematic there are 4220uf 450V but in this amp there are 6150uf 450V)and you can see that they are not original becouse they are not fited in the pcb!And i mesured the voltages and on V3R and V3L and its 460V not 365V.
What should i do?Should i replace the caps?
Why the buzz sound? Are maybe tubes making this?
(sorry about my english)

Can anyone help to solve my problem

Maks

We are sure that you will understand that we cannot assist with an amp that has been modified.
Apart from the caps there can be other problems.
You can download the K4040 manual, it features a partlist and schematic.
We strongly recommend to check the complete amp and put the amp back into its original condition.
If you wish to return the amp for inspection/repair, make sure it is in original condition.

Thanks for reply!
So if i understand correct, you cant tell me if the caps are making this problems?!
I called a friend who sold me this amp and he is saying that the old caps died and he replaced them with those(imbecil)! Now i understand why he sold it to me so cheap…
