I’ve successfully install the Windows 8 driver like described in the “Installation Note”.
I’ve downloaded the last version and i’ve try to run “PcLab2000LT” in administrator without compatibility mode, Windows 8 compatibility mode, Windows 7 and Windows XP but i’ve got always the same result.
The led Ready never lights and the “PcLab2000LT” state is “not responding”.
I’ve tried to uninstall the Windows 8 driver to use the Windows 7 driver and the result is the same.
Any idea?
There may be some sort of compatibility problem or the PCSGU250 or the USB cable is defective.
First you can try connecting to other USB socket.
Can you test with other PC?
