i was almost finished ,everything was working , iwas calibrating the z as with the usb cable in , i moved the 3d printer and the usb came
loose I do not know what to do I cannot repair it and it is not a guarantee thing i supose
Most likely it came off due to excess mechanical force.
If you have experience, you can resolder it, but be carefull, if you mess it up, we cannot accept it for repair under warranty conditions. It is easy to damage the tracks when you apply too much heat. We recommend to return the board for inspection/repair.

I have the same issue, how many does it cost to send it to velleman to repair?
I have some soldering skills from my elektonics course at the university…
Is it just the 4 big legs for ground and the 5 little ones?
