USB connection to K8200

So i can see my K8200 on the PC but notting moving.?

And i get constanly this:

Seriele communicatie: fout:system.IO.port.SerielErrorReceivedEventArgs

The red and green light are flickering.

I also can’t a just the servomotors to more than 0,256V or it the value will be - 0,05V ???
