Hello,
I have some big difficulties to install the driver under Windows Seven 64bit.
I have read the workaround and different posts of the forums but still can’t manage to do it work.
I tried to deactivate the win driver signedness verification (bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON) without success.
It seems that as the driver is not signed for win 64 it won’t install.
The easier solution should be to run the program CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP_S2K3.exe from the PcLab2000SE installation package: velleman.eu/support/download … 1000&type=
I think you have tried to run this program without any success.
If you run it again - do you see the two Silicon Laboratories programs in the list if you select in the Control panel: Programs / Uninstall a program ?
In this image from the thread viewtopic.php?f=11&t=7203
you’ll see the two programs that should be installed after the CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP_S2K3.exe is run:
I tried to deactivate the win driver signedness verification (bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON) without success.
It may be good idea to uninstall the bcdedit.exe and the “Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider” software before running the CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP_S2K3.exe.
When the CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP_S2K3.exe is successfully run and the Silicon Laboratories driver is installed, the PCGU1000 driver should install and work OK.
