TTL inputs on K8055

Does anybody have an example of how to connect a TTL output to an input on a K8055 board?
I have a water level sensor powered by a 12v source with a TTL output. At the moment it drives a relay via a transistor cicuit to control other timer relays etc.
How can this input be connected directly to a digital input so I can get rid of the exisitng relay and circuit(s).
Using the input to a K8055 board along with other relay inputs offers more programmable control options than just using relays.

The digital inputs of the K8055 are TTL compatible. You can connect the TTL outputs (0-5V) directly to the digital inputs of the K8055.

Thanks for the reply but just one more question to clarify. (my programming is better than my electronics, honestly).
I was not sure because the sensor is driven by a 12v supply. So the device output (TTL) goes direct to a digital input channel and the gnd from the device (and common to the 12v source) goes to the input gnd terminal on the k8055. No connection from +12v to the K8055 anywhere.

No need to connect the 12V to the K8055.
Just the digital inputs and GND is enough to connect.
