Trouble shooting HPS140

Hello,

I am from Germany and a owner of a HPS140. My Problem: It is not longer possible to read any input signal. The display work well. So I have the apprehension that there is a failure in the input area. I don’t know what device is responsible for the failure. It could be the reed relais, the filters, the input amplifier or the A/D-converter. It would be helpful to get a circuit diagramm of the input area. This will help to locate the damage. So is it possible to get this as a PDF-file?
