Just finished the printer and of course, the last motor driver is stuck at 1.641. Turning the screw doesn’t do anything. Not sure what to do from here. All other trim screws worked fine. Any help on how to proceed would be great.

Swap driver with working one to test if driver is the issue.
If yes, please open support ticket.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry for the dumb question, but how do I open a support ticket?
This is my first post here. so,: “Hello everybody”
I just finished my the hardware and software of my K8200.
building up the hardware and wireing up the electronics worked out just fine. everything seems to be working fine until i was about to adjust the voltage on the main board/stepper drivers. unfortunately i wasn’t able to adjust two of four drivers. (extruder and y axis). while trying to adjust, the voltage jumps from 0,00 to 4,65V and suddenly back to 0,00. The same behavior for both of the drivers.
X and Z axis were quite fine to adjust and are also working fine. (besides the fact that the Z-Motor sometimes stopps in manual control. - further testing during printing needs to be done)
back to the main problem: i was doing research and it seems that not only i have this problem but others too. Are the drivers faulty? it doesn’t matter how far and in what direction i turn the potentiometer.
It would be great if you could reply and help me out.
The motors in question move but are very weak. Not surprising but i cannot change the voltage. the extruder tries to rotate but is to weak and i can stop y by gently touching the surface of the heatbed.
I was using a plastic screwdriver it is quite unlikely that i messed something up since they are acutally working.
I contacted the support via velleman.eu but they asked me to post this here. I was reading the posts about similiar/same problems but none of them seemed to have found the solution.
Or did i missed it?
Would be great if you could help me out!
Thanks in advance.

Be sure that the voltage is not dropped due to miss alignment of the + , cause it’s a small hole and it can happen that the multi meter looses the connection dropping suddenly to 0 volt.
Also, use a correct screwdriver so that you can verify that this pot-meter can turn.
I have 8 controller boards now, none of them had problems
