Tone control with boost centered at 100hz and 10,000hz

I am looking for a tone control with boost centered at 100hz and 10,000hz. For example, from 60 to 300 hz and 7,000 to 14,000 hz.
Velleman’s K8084 kit is a Baxandal style tone control which boosts all the way to the frequency extremes. I do not want this. The tech guy at Velleman in the U.S. knew nothing about this so suggested I visit your forum for some help.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also, does the tone control go before or after the pre-amp?

Sorry, no such kit.
K8084 is tone control/ pre-amp combined.
In most cases, it will be put after the pre-amp.
