Hello,
I am a beginner and I do a machine with 2 controls temprératures.
The idea is to couple a K8061 or K8055 with 2 modules K8067. Is this possible?
I have to do measure temperatures between 0 and 100 ° C. However, the K8067 is between 0 and 70 ° C! Is it possible to replace the sensor by the LM35CZ?
Do you advise the K8061 or K8055 kit for beginners? (But I program .Net)
Later, I must add sensors for water level meter and a counter impulse.

K8067 can be connected to K8055/K8061, however, they cannot be modified for a higher range.
We do not advise these kits for beginners.

Is there a way to measure temperatures with USB in the range 20°C - 110°C ?

Not with a sensor from the Velleman Projects range.
Look for a sensor which outputs 0…5V in the 20-110°C range.
