THERMOSTAT not working

Dear all,

I have bought following thermostat: THERMOSTAT - Whadda

After solding the components and putting the thermostat under voltage (12V DC); I noticed that no relay output was active neither the led was lighting. Should I wait for some time that the sensor measures a high enough temperature or ?

Or maybe I miss something fundamental in the concept ? (first whada kit)

Dear,

Indeed, the relais will be triggerd when the sensor (NTC resistor) reaches the desired temp as set with pothentiometer.

For fast test, turn poth meter to min. Then clamp the NTC sensor with your hand or use hairdryer to heat the sensor. If all function well, the relay will be switched on and the led goes on.
