The printer changes the object place while printing

I have a normal K8200 Printer and while i’m printing, something goes wrong and my printed item is in different layers, not matching eachother

Does someone have a solution?

I was also confrontated with this problem. Each time when I thought the problem was solved
I got a shift at a new cicumstance. But up to now the following actions seem to solve the shift problem

mechanical matters

 • smooth translation bal bearings (some show stick slip)
 • tension belt too fast?

electronical matters

 • increase voltage steppers to 0.55V
 • glue cooling element on the chip

Software matters

 • decrease maximum acceleration X Y to e.g. 3000
 • decrease XY jerk to e.g. 10
 • decrease Speed for non print moves to 20%

Thank you for the response, i will check these things, it will take some time :stuck_out_tongue:
