Move the extruder up (about 15cm) and remove the 2 bolts that hold the hot end in place. Heat the extruder to a suitable temperature (PLA = 190°C). Now you can detach the hot end from the extruder. Unscrew the big white PTFE barrel and clear the filament that is stuck. Reassemble the hot end.
