i have a problem with my new E3d (China Extruder)
I installed the Hotend with a SSR relais on the controller works.
After the complete Installation i started the PID Autotune.
The temperatur started to rise up in normal speed.
Then it stopped at the set up temperature 200C°.
Autotune gave out the settings:
KP 24.56
Ki 1.65
Kd 93.94
i writed down these settings in the eeprom
without printing the temperature ist stable and i can extrude with the manual controll.
Now the problem.
When i start printing the temperature falls very fast and shows strange temperatures :
170C°
140C°
190C°
130C°
but the extruder is still hot. Then the software trys to heat up the extruder which is still at 200C° and it starts to overheat.
After i stopped printing, the temperature and goes up to the setted 200C° and everything is normal.
