Target temp stays 0

Vertex Nano Vertex Nano - Issues while printing

Hi,

when I want to start printing, the temperature stays 19, never heats up. The target temp stays always 0.
When I try to preheat, the same happens: nothing.

Anyone knows what the problem is?
First time use.

Dear Lotte,

If everything is connected and assembled in correct way as described in manual it should work.
But if target temp stays 0, when you’ll start a preheat action. this is not normal at first time use.
Maybe a problem with mainboard.

Bring the 3D nano printer back to your local shop for a repair / checkup.
