Hi,

working for several months now with the K8400 and im very pleased with it. Only printing with support don’t give me a “flat” surface. Has this to do something with the settings. The distance now stands on 0.7mm.

You could get a better result reducing the distance between your object and the support (0.2 mm) but the support will stick a bit more to your object and will be harder to remove.
With 0.7 mm, the filament (0.35mm) is deposited on top of the support and is sagging in the holes. And the first layers are not correctly sticking together as they’re not squeezed on top of each other but just deposited.
