Have any one used support material to print a model?
When I remove the support material, some part stick to my model.
How can I print the model with support?
I tried it once, and had the same problem.
You need a sharp knife or a file to remove the rests of the support material, but then you will most likely ruin the surface of the model.
Yes this is anoying. I try to avoid overhangs by part design as much as possible. Overhangs with an angle up to 45° is possible. At the side with the fan its working very well, at the other side its at limit and will not get smooth. I removed my 2nd fan at the left side because it disturbs the thermo sensor of the extruder.
