The manual of this kit talks about the point between the breaker and the coil.
Now, i know what a breaker and coil is in general. But what are these parts on a car? Can somebody give me a clue? (even how the parts are called on a car in dutch)

I have experience with cars and their motors, but i only know the dutch (and for some only the dialect) terms for them…
