Hello, anyone notice strange lines after edges like on picture below, it happens always after a extruder does a 90º degree edge, no problems with rounded edges, only on square ones.
I am having a good quality print, only this issue are the problem now.
Pretty much par for the course on most 3D printers. It’s due to the elasticity in the system, the stepper motors for example and the belts etc.
You can play with the jerk and acceleration settings to lessen the effect.
Thank you for response Paul, I will try change the acceleration and see, do you think a lower acceleration will be better?
Paul is right. It is called ghosting or echoes.
After a corner, your printbed accelerates till it reaches your desired print speed. While accelerating the belt vibrates a little bit. Because of this problem, most manufactors try to reduce the moving masses. As a result, velleman created the K8400 where the Hotend moves and the Extruder is befind a bowden and not moving with the Hotend.
You can reduce your acceleration to minimize this problem.
However, you will not get rid of it totally.
I print with an acceleration of 900mm/s². I tried 500mm/s², too. But that reduced print speed and didn’t reduce the problem.

Ok guys, thank you, I have changed the acceleration, not was too high (1000mm/s) I have left a printing and will check after, I think I will go to tight the belts too, I am running on T2 with 16 teeth pulley
