Store memory does not work!

Hello,first I changed (settings) the nozzle temperature,and the fan speed !Then I scrolled down and stored it to the memory !
Then I restarted the printer and loaded the memory,but there are no temperature or fan speed stored !
I tried it more than one time,and with different sizes,but store in the memory is not possible !
Does the EEprom not work properly ?

You should change these settings in the slicer configuration or in the Gcode.

Those instruction are for updating the firmware.

is it possible that you changed them in the job settings instead of the device settings itself?
