STL-files for the plastic parts?

Hello,

Is there any STL-files available for the plastic parts of the K8200
printer? I would like to print out more of the parts that you slide
in to the frame and then fasten the control board to.

I could just measure the ones I have, but if they are already
available somewhere I’d rather use them

This is to I can attach a Raspberry Pi to my printer as a printer
server…

Thanks.

Since the K8200 is closely related to the 3Drag, the .dxf files which you can find here http://reprap.org/wiki/3drag#Download may help.

Not STL, DXF, but I presume that that’s convertible.

Thanks, I’ll have a look!

The DXF-files are only 2D-files. I’ve tried viewing them with three different softwares and they all display the files in 2D.

I guess I’ll have to draw the piece my self.

Well, this is the “interpretation” of what “open source” is by the 3Drag guys.

They seem to be quite good in announcing their intentions, as for instance here
open-electronics.org/3drag-o … -for-real/
but what I fail to see (and what they seemingly fail to deliver) is information on the mechanical parts.

Hi,

I can send you the stl files of the black plastic parts that you need.

Just post the ones you need and I will send you the files.

Hi,

at the moment, the parts I need is the ones that is
slided in to the frame and used for mounting the control board.
The T-shaped parts with a hole in them.

Can you get my email from the forum? Or do I need to send it to you?

Thanks.

You can download the file here:

Thanks.
