Step 1, Page 1, Bag 1, Missing parts?

So, in the first page of the manual for assembling this thing it shows a bracket, in the picture the bracket has 2 screws through the top and bottom with a square nut on each of these screws.

My bag 1 does not contain 2 of these screws and nuts, just one screw and one nut.

Am I missing parts?

If I am, will my supplier (jaycar) have spares, or will I have to wait weeks for Valleman to ship me a screw and a bolt

Hi

Got mine from Jaycar too over the weekend - the bolts/square nuts you talk about were already installed on the bracket in my kit (just like in the picture).

I’d call Jaycar first (either the store you went to, or their head office) as they are usually pretty good at sorting things like this out.

Thanks for the info, Jaycar are looking into it - they currently carry no spares. It’s not important at this point, not needed until ready to attach the spool (I think)

I have a bigger and more immediate problem… my z coupler is hooooooooooooribly crooked, I thought it was a bent rod at first glance, but nope it’s the coupler, it has a good 1-1.5 mm sway to it from one side to the other…

I did send an email with the details of the parts and my address but I haven’t got a reply yet…

Is it so hard for you guys to reply to me and tell me you got my email and are indeed sending me a screw?

I’ve already ordered and RECEIVED z-couplers from an overseas third party supplier in the time I’ve been waiting for a reply from Valleman.
