Starting up Led 8 flashes and stays on

Hello, when connecting my board to USB then as normal the led from Digital out flashes and then does not a regulair out, but stays on.
The computer doesn’t recognize the card…something did go wrong?
I have 2 cards the other one works normal.

Somebody have some tips?

Possible cause:

  • Microcontroller IC3 is defective.

To check if IC3 is defective you may now change the IC3 from the bad card to the good card. If the (good) card still works OK, then the IC3 is not defective.

Possible cause of the problem:

  • Defective USB cable.
  • Bad soldering in the USB connector SK7.
  • The crystal X1 is defective.
