Spare Nixie Tubes

Hi, I have dropped my Nixie Clock(K8099) and broken the tubes, can you tell me if you can supply spare tubes
so that I can order them from ESR, Cullercoats, UK or where I could order them from?

Nixie tubes are no longer manufactured and our supplier can no longer supply tubes.
We keep a small amount of tubes, to help out customers that bought the K8099 nixie tube clock.
We want to avoid that people who do not own a clock have access to the tubes.
Therefore, we require that the defective kit is returned for repair. We cannot supply tubes as spare parts.

Please keep in mind that the tubes are expensive. At this time, they cost approx. 8 euro/piece (VAT, shipping and handling not included).

I have managed to source some Nixie Tubes - 227 ZM1336K, can you tell me if this tube will be suitable replacement?

I’m afraid we do not have any experience with these tubes.
Please Google for the datasheets of both original ones and the replacements you have found.
If HT & operating current are more or less the same and if pin-outs are compatible, it could work.
Keep us informed.

The supplier has informed me that the first 3 digits (277or477) are manufacture codes,
so not to worry!
