I bought the K8066 (3w mono amplifier) have assesmbled it but does not work. Should I solder each of the IC pins to the back of the PCB? have tried to do this but solder will not stick to back of PCB, just rolls off?

Yes, each pin needs to be soldered.
Make sure to heat the pin, the board and your solder at the same time. Make sure to heat long enough so that the solder flows nicely, but not too long, this could destroy your part.
