“TUNE PRINT JOB” give my screen. I don’t no how to go to splash screen or information screen by the Vertex nano.

Are you using the original firmware for the VERTEX NANO?

Can you give us your G-Code file (the file you put on SD card to print)?
This way we can further investigate the problem.
Possibly there’s a command in the G-Code file that puts the printer into Tune Print JOB mode.
