Software HPS50 don't work

hello,
I cann’t see my new HPS 50 with the software 3.3.
I change my setting in binary and I test with 2 different USB (com3 and com4).
I change the driver with the new version(hps50-win8) because My OS is Win10.
No change…what the matter?

Try to just type-in the COM3 (or whatever COM port is your HPS50 using) into the combobox for communications port selection (the list will be empty). For me it works with HPS40 using HPS50 software.
