Shortening MK120 response time

Hello!

I have assembled a MK120 kit, but it works only with slow objects which cut the IR
barrier for a significant lapse of time (>0.25s). Faster objects are not detected: For
example cutting the IR barrier for 0.05s does not trigger the alarm.

Is it possible to shorten the kit response time so that faster objects are detected?
