While printing the Vertex logo with Repetrier I had a problem because at layer 7 the printhead moved abour 2 cm from the printed piece.
I made changes in the printing speed which did corrected the problem. But I do not know what the best values are.
My setting are now:
Slow Fast
Print 20 25
Travel 50 50
First layer 15 15
Outer perimeter 20 25
Inner perimeter 20 25
Fillin 20 25
Standard quality 0,1

Did you check the fan on the bottom?
Is it still working?
Is it blowing the right way?
It is worth checking

You shouldn’t get a shift with the default values. It could mean :

  1. the voltage of the stepper driver(s) is too low
  2. the guiding rods are not parallel (sides) or perpendicular (X-Y) and there is too much friction.
  3. one of the pulleys got loose.
  4. the drivers are overheating (due to too much friction).

The fan on bottom (I know it’s small) is to keep the drivers cool.
