I’m using the hps140 to set the gain on my active crossover as I’m playing a 1khz at 0db but I encounter an issue that the hps140 can’t trigger while I’m tapping on the crossover output.
What might be the issue any guidance?

The scope was set to auto trigger.
Input signal frequency?
Level?
Scope set to AC or DC coupling?
Does the scope work fine with other signals? DC measurement?
