Holder for Second 24V Power Supply for Heatbed:

This is great, thank you!
Do you really get much better Z axis results? I printed a new Z axis holder for the current motor and I get very good results that way. I played with the thought of adding a second lead screw on the other side, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the trouble.

Yes, I’m interisting to know too. Because for me it’s a big work if I need to change electronic board place (cable to short)

The most much improvement i have get through replacing the left lead screw with a trapezoid one and a flexible coupling!
The second lead screw is just a “bonnet cream”. A co-worker bought the wanhao duplicator 4. He get much more smoother surfaces.
A very good thing is an extra power supply (24V) for the Head bed.

I have to experiment much more with the slic3r parameters.
Did anyone experiment with the second gcode-generator “Skeinforge” that Repetier-Host supports?

I have never used it, but I’m interesting to use it to compare with slic3r
