Hello,

I’m very happy with my printing results yet, but is there a way to get the required parts for a second nozzle
upgrade by now directly from you? I think it should be possible because all missing parts musst be existing allready
as they seem to be exactly the same as the allready used ones (exept the mirrored plastik part from the extruder).
So is there a way to get this parts as ‘payed Replacement parts’ by now^^ ?

The second nozzle are on stock(with us) as of today. So expected the second nozzle in your local dealer in next days or week

Ok, I hope this is also valid for german distributors like Reichelt oder ELV?

sorry i can’t give an answer to that, it wouldn’t be fair if I recommend one client above another client of us.

Oh, I just wanted to know weather you also deliver any German dealers in the next days, not wich one…
