I have a problem with my printer head. HE isnt pulled strong enough together so i wanted to unscrew the heater and the top from the rest. But i have the problem that one of the screw heads are broken so i cant unscrew it anymore. Any ideas how i can unscrew it?
It’s hard to understand which screw you are talking about.
Could you post a picture?
Its the screw who hold the extruder in his position. I cant unscrew the Inbus because the head is broken.
And my second problem is that the extruder is dirty. How can i clean it?
It looks like you you took the nozzle off without heating it first and broke the tube off in the nozzle.
It also looks like you have been running the extruder at high heat 190 for PLA and 220 for ABS are good settings.
You may want to replace the entire head assembly.
The replacement part number is 7350-31/SP
Another option is the K8203 http://www.vellemanusa.com/products/view/?id=527450
However if you are going to go this route you need to upgrade the Z axis lead screw.

Would it be enough to just change the Extruder nozzel: reichelt.de/?ARTICLE=145055 … oC8u3w_wcB
Because i dont want to pay 100€ for a printer i just bought . Another Problem are the screws who hold the the printer head itself notjust only the Extuder NOzzel. The Head of the Inbus Screw are broken and i dont know how to take the screw out.
That would work.
But getting the filament guide out without heating it maybe tricky.
I don’t know what you mean by inbus.
The Screws on the right and on the Left are called in germany Inbus. The With the Hexagon Head.
