hello there, very satisfied with the scope, but im having an issue.
was doing readings on a circuit and was ok, then i turned it on later and it boots up fine but no signal shows up.
Is there maybe a fuse, or reset?
or do i need to send it somewhere?
Are you sure the battery is properly charged?
Most likely, you did some measurements on equipment that carries +100Vp components without the probe set to ‘x10’.
The input amplifier can be damaged. If the problem persists, you can return your unit for inspection/repair.
hehe yes im pretty sure it was my fault
would it be sent to Velleman or could a repair place do it?
You will have to return it to our service dept.
Velleman Projects Tech. Dept.

Wow, Belgium? ok, im in west Canada if there is a closer location it would be great,
but i love this scope so i will send if needed.
So just pack it well and put postal insurance on it?
Then just the cost of repair? or is shipping back to Canada extra?
i appreciate the help
