Risetime of PCSGU250

Im looking at PCSGU250 to use for hoppy projects, but Im a bit confused about what I can measure. Would you be so kind to confirm/correct the following?

Accordantly to:

The testprope have a risetime of 5.8ns while the osc have a risetime of 23.3ns. Does this mean that I can measure risetimes down to: 5.8+23.3 = 29.1 (30ns)?

I was told that as a rule of thumb, Bandwidth->measureable risetime could be calculated by: 0,35/BandWidth, with 12MHz bandwidth, this gives: 29,16ns… so… this also suggests the 30ns, but am I correct?

They are not additive.

However the probe rise time (or bandwidth) should be at least 3 times that of the scope input. At 5.8ns the probe bandwidth is 60Mhz (0.35/0.0000000058), more than enough to handle the scope’s 12Mhz capability–I.e. the scope’s rise time is the limiting factor…
