Resistors on the K4003 board

Hi all,

We bought recently a K4003 audio amplifier kit and started putting it together yesterday. What we noticed was that the two resistors (marked R1 and R2 on the scheme) have very close connections on the board so that the printed bases actually overlap and it is very difficult to solder them so that the soldering would not touch. Looking at the scheme, however, it seems that the resistors should not be connected. Can this be a problem if they do?

Please excuse me if I am using incorrect terminology, I am quite new to electronics and English is not my mother tongue. I hope my problem is understandable.

Thanks in advance,
Jan

If you look closely at the diagram on page 11, you will notice that both resistors have one side tied to GND (black thick line on the diagram), so yes, they should touch eachother.

Happy soldering!

Thank you for the prompt reply
