Replacement of the NTC-thermistor

I broke my NTC-thermistor and now thinking if it is possible to buy a standard NTC-thermistor.
For example partco.biz/verkkokauppa/data … clg100.pdf

The temperature range of that thermistor is -40 … + 200 Celsius. Do it work in use, when the temperature is more than 200 C?
How about tolerances? At 210 Celsius 5 % mean some Celsius degrees.
Is there some calibration routines, or do the manufacturer select a certain value resistors from the bigger resistor amount?

HI Kaihakki,

I used for a long time Pixsys NTC thermistor for my refrigeration cells.
The range is between -50°C …+120°C, but i assumed that it works also when the temperature is more than 200 C…
For my refrigeration cells i have the opposite problem… but if you check in Pixsys forum they can answer all your questions about the thermistor…
