RepetierHost and OctoPrint Print Bed Size

Hi guys,

Has been a while. Im happy with the printer and i do big steps every day.
But im still a beginner to this. So i dont understand much about, steps, extrusion, calibration and so on.
For test i tried to print in the whole print area, description in product specs it is X: 200mm, Y:180mm and Z:190mm.

For this i created a rectangle which is X:192.5; Y: 172.5, because the added shape around the print comes in a distance of 3.75mm.

So my problem is, that i dont know how to set the right values in the repetier host that it is easy to setup when i want to use the whole area, or have to align a greater part.

I did set the Bed size in repetier host to the product specs (200mm, 180mm and 190mm) i did set the bed left and bed front to zero. so in my opinion now it should use the whole area.
As when i upload the gcode to octoprint (where the bed size is also set to 200, 180, 190) the gcode viewer there shows that everything is good and the rectangle perfectly fits.

Than when i start to print everything seems to be ok. But on the front side of the rectangle it doesent go further, and the “around lines” and the line of the rectangle are on the same high.
When i meassure the printed rectangle it is 200mm x 165mm.

Im missing 25mm. What could be the problem? whats your settings in repetier?
I also tried to print with standard bed size in repetier. but this result was even worser. there also the right side were mixed up with the “around lines”

Thanks

you lose a little bit on one side due to the fact the printer has space for two heads. Obviously both heads can’t go all the way to both sides.
