Repetier host working on OSX (and Linux)

For those interested, the Windows only Vertex Nano Repetier Host software runs under PlayOnMac/PlayOnLinux (both free). Just start PlayOnMac/PlayOnLinux and install an unlisted program, next choose the exe file and follow the installation instructions.
