Is baudrate 500 000 only speed delta is allowing?

For a 500000 baud rate to actually work properly, the printer needs to support native USB rather than Serial COM communication, as well as using a very high quality cable to prevent increased error rates
What driver you recommend to pc?

My Repetier can connect to Delta, but everytime i press “connect” buttom, Delta is restrating.
Repetier is connected after restart, allowing control.
This happens every time pressing connect

The restart is normal, speed is also set. You can change the speed but you will need to downloads the firmware, open it in Arduino, change the baudrate in the configuration file and then compile and upload it to the printer.

Note that lower baudrates will reduce printquality due to printbuffer underruns.

We recommend using the print from SD card option
