Repetier adding pause when printing tall objects

Hi,

When trying to print tall objects, my printer paused within the layers.
I found out, that repetier (default recomanded package for my k8400) seems to add this pauses.

I assume it is done to cool down the layers. Is there any settings to turn this off?
