Repair PCSGU250 - Voltage?

Hi
I have trouble with PCSGU250. I downloaded schematic, but i Have question. How accurate is voltage 12V and -12V?
Because I think, that problem is there. I measured 12,76V and -11,45V. In datasheet TL081CD is input offset voltage max. 15mV…
Can anybody help me?

I hoped, that repair will be easy…
Tomorrow I measure PCSGU250 by other osciloscope…
