PS613 current LCD shows LO BAT

Hello,

I have the Velleman HQ Power PS613 power supply.
A few months ago on the current LCD showing all LEDs with the indication LO BAT.
Does anyone know what is the problem?
The PSU working perfectly but without knowing the output current.

Thank you in advance!

Hello Pakontal,

There’s a problem with LCD Current panel.

You can go to Your local shop, so they can order a current display.
Spare part: PS613/SP1 and available on stock.

Or You can bring it back to Your local shop for RMA REQUEST. You can add this top a complaint with the proof of purchase.

Best regards,
Velleman Support

Hi…Just constructed the V1.4 emon GLCD and getting a similar issue. I have the 10k resistors in R7&R8. I’ve taken a stab at various distinctive force sources (PC usb and work area with ftdi link) and am getting 3.3v to the LCD. I have not yet given the discretionary 100r 0.5w resistor a shot the rear of the board.

Are you certain pins 14 and 15 of the lcd are power, they seem as though they are associated together on mine. I get 3.3v between 14 and 13.
