I have a problem from PROFESSIONAL MOVING HEADS HQ POWER, model VDP250MHS13/2 . At including the head in the power supply DMX isn’t loading. I know that I must exchange integrated circuit, I inspected it putting the same integrated circuit on the other of the same head. On integrated circuit is written version of program which is loaded. Therefore I would like to ask the possibility of making available whether he is of this program if only for oneself to load it, or after all buying this integrated circuit already from loaded with program.
