Hello community,
I recently built the K8097 Board. While testing i recognized that the motor on channel 2 and 4 were just shizzeling. I resoldered everything abd doublechecked the connections and it still doesnt work.
I tried the same motor on all 4 channels.

Did you try swapping the drivers from one channel to another?

then we can take a look and provide some feedback.

Now its getting even worse. When i klick left in the software that comes with it, the motor on channel two turns randomly left or right, even with changed controllers. 
At first you said that the motors on channel 2 & 4 are just buzzing, correct?
The motors on channel 1 and 3, do they work correctly?
Are they the same motors?
Yes 1&3 works 2&4 Not/only sonetimes, all the same motors
So if the motors are identical and channels 1&3 work fine, then there must be an assembly problem with channels 2&4.
The drivers are not the problem, since you have swapped them.

Fixed it just resoldered the ic socets again
